what you need:

• internet access
• official Capital One Mortgage Account
• personal information

what to do if you are a current user:

• visit: www.capitalone.com/mortgageaccess
  
• type in your current user name in the space provided
• type in your password in the space provided
• you will then be logged in

what to do if you are a new user:

• visit: www.capitalone.com/mortgageaccess
• click on the link titled “Enroll Now”
• read and review the Mortgage Access User Agreement and once you have scrolled down to the bottom of the page click on the red “I Accept” button to move forward
• create and type in your User ID in the space provided
• create and type in your Password in the spaces provided
• type in your primary loan number in the space provided
• type in your full social security number in the spaces provided
• type in your email address in the spaces provided
• from the down down boxes, select your 3 different verification questions and then type in the correct corresponding answers in the spaces provided
• click on the “Submit” button
• proceed to provide any other required information until you receive your activation confirmation page that you can print for your records
