With the Citi ThankYou Rewards account, your can review all your points and redeem easily from the seat of your home or office. If you don’t have enough points for the item you want, you can simply purchase extra points. There is also a recommended section tailored just for your with special rewards and points offers. NOTE: be sure to visit the site directly to verify the information and current details. If you have Citi account and Thank You Rewards you will want to activate it right away. We have provided a quick “how to” activation guide below for you to activate or verify your Citi Thank You Rewards.

• internet access
• a valid and current Citi account
• other required personal information

what to do:

• visit: www.thankyou.com/getstarted
  
• under the title “Set Up Your Account Now” choose the button that best desribes how you became a ThankYou Member
• click on the “CONTINUE SET UP” button
• type in your first name in the space provided
• type in your last name in the space provided
• type in your zip code in the space provided
• type in the last four of your social in the space provided
• type in your account number in the space provided
• type in the CAPTCHA words/letters/number for security purposes
• click on the “SEARCH AND CONTINUE” button
• proceed to provide all the required information on the Select Account screen and continue forward
• proceed to provide all the required information on the  ”Profile and Settings” page and continue until your receive your confirmation page and then start managing your Citi ThankYou Rewards
