If you want to cancel and refund your AT&T Mobile subscriptions use your home computer and go to www.att.com/db and enter your phone number and click "next". You will receive a free text message from AT&T with a "Secret Code". Enter the secret code on your computer.
The code will allow you to view any text or internet subscriptions you have associated with your phone number. Click on the charges to view them. Once you can see the charges, click "Cancel and Refund Subscription", then click "next".
You will be brought back to an overview of your charges. It will list the subscription as being cancelled with an approved refund! This refund will be applied towards your bill balance within 48 hours! :D
