Visit https://www.ally.com/auto/online-services/access/pre-login.html to access the auto financing page.
To log in, Click on the online payments tab and in the “Tools”
section of the page, click on the “log in to Ally Auto Online Services”
link to access the login page. Enter username in the space provided and
click on “continue”. Your password will be required at a later stage of
the login procedure.
If you don’t have a username, click on “enroll now” to register. In
the profile creation page, specify your account type then select “Next”.
Select a statement delivery method then proceed to create your online
profile. Enter your account number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits
of your social security number and select a user name and password then
proceed to complete the enrollment process.
To make your allyauto.com one-time payments, click on “make a
payment” from the My vehicles page and enter your account number, the
amount to be paid and date of payment. Once you have verified your
payment information, submit the request to authorize the payment.
To set up auto pay and have your payment automatically deducted from
your checking or savings account monthly, select the account you want
to enroll from the “My vehicles” page and click on “enroll in auto pay”.
Enter your bank account type and number and the routing number of your
bank, specify the date and amount to be paid then authorize the payment
to be made.
