www.chase.com/verifycard - Activate & Verify Chase Credit Debit Cards. We have provided a quick “how to” activation guide below so that you can activate or verify your new personal Chase Bank card and starting earning points to redeem for rewards and perks.

what you need:

• internet access
• social security number or tax ID number for the card holder on the account
• a valid email address or phone number that was previously given to Chase
• a valid Chase credit card or Chase debit card or account number
• more personal information

what to do:

• visit www.chase.com/verifycard
  
• find click on the grey “ENROLL NOW” button found at the right middle bottom area of the page
• type in the details of your Chase account or credit/debit card in the correct field
• type in your social security number in the correct field
• create a user ID and then type it in the correct field
• click on the green “Next” button to continue forward
• make sure you provide all the required information on the “Identification Code” page and then continue forward
• make sure you provide all the required information on the “Password” page and then continue forward
• make sure you read about the legal agreements and then provide all the required information on the “Legal Agreements” page and then continue forward
• make sure you review all the options and select the services you prefer and provide all the required information on the “Services” page and then continue forward
• after you are done and you will then receive a confirmation page that show you did successfully activate your Chase Account or Credit/Debit card and can start using the card to earn points
