Internet Bill Payer is accessed through our free Internet Banking. If you are currently using Internet Banking you can set up your Bill Payer account by selecting the Bill Payment option and simply choosing the account you wish your Bill Payer Checks to be processed through. You can also complete the form below or contact Customer Services at 541-617-3500 or toll free at 877-617-3400, we would be happy to assist you.
Personal Accounts and Business Accounts - $5.95 per month
You need to provide First name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Account Number and Email ID.
You will be in full control of your Bill Payer account and will compile a personal vendor list, specify payment amounts and dates. You will control changes to your personal vendor list and may initiate one time or recurring payments. You may have multiple accounts (checking or savings) set up as Bill Payer accounts.
Payments will be sent either electronically or by check. You should allow 3 business days for electronic payments and 5 business days for check payments to reach your vendor.
Bank of the Cascades is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against you. You are responsible for any fee or penalty you may incur due to a lack of sfficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from you account.
The charge for Internet Bill Payer will be automatically deducted the following month from the account you have designated. If funds are not available for payments generated, you will be charged an insufficent funds fee. If you place a stop payment on a Bill Payer transaction, you will be charged a stop payment fee. Refer to the Bank's fee Schedule for applicable charges.
If any any time you decide to discountinue this service, you must provide written notification to Bank of the Cacades. Your use of Bill Payer signifies that you accept the terms and conditions of Bill Payer.
