scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the title “Already have your card?” and click on the link
click on the green button titled “Enroll In Online Banking”
click on the “Yes, I’m Ready” button
from the drop down box select the type of account you are using
type in your account number in the spaces provided
from the drop down box select your date of birth
type in your social security number in the spaces provided
create and type in your user name in the spaces provided
create and type in your password in the spaces provided
type in your email address in the spaces provided
click on the button “Continue to Step 2″
provide all the requested information on the next page titled “For Your Security” and click on the “Continue” button
review and verify all the information on the next page titled “Verify Your Account” and then continue forward
select all the options you want and provide any additional required information on the next page titled ” Additional Options” and then submit your request
once you have provided all the information correctly you will receive a confirmation page for your records to show you did successfully activate your Capital One Secure Card
