- phone number on file with Chase
- social security number or tax id
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.chase.com/credit-cards so that you can now create a new account to activate your Chase bank credit card
- proceed to click on the tab tilted “Log In or Enroll” to activate your Chase credit card
- click on the green “Enroll Now” button
- complete the process by filling out the “Identification, Identification Code, Password, Legal Agreements, and Services” pages
- once you complete all the above screens you will reach your confirmation page
- once you are logged into your new account you may now need to find the link titled “Activate My Card” to finalize your request to activate your Chase credit card
