- internet access
- an official Chase debit card
- phone number on file with Chase
- social security number or tax id
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.chase.com/debit so that you can now create a new account to activate your Chase credit or debit card
- click on the tab at the top of the page titled “Log in or Enroll” and a new small window will appear
- click on the link titled “New to Chase Online? Enroll in Chase Online”
- complete the enrollment process NOTE: you will receive a confirmation page after enrollment and from there you may still need to click on the “Activate My Card” link to finalize your Chase Debit Card activation
