• choose from the top tabs which benefit you want to log in on
• FOR CASH BACK: click on the titled tab and then provide the primary cardholders last name, last 4 digits on the Chase Freedom Card and zip code associated with the card and then click on the “ACTIVATE FOR FREE” button
• FOR EXTRA CASH BACK: click on the titled tab and then click on the “Activate Now” button
• REDEEM REWARDS: click on the correct titled tab and then click on the green button under the correct option of the way you want to redeem your reward and then follow all the appropriate steps to complete the activation
