Third-party email programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora and Netscape Messenger allow users to work with messages from multiple email accounts in one place. As a result, users do not need to access each account individually. Users who wish to export their NetZero messages to another email program can do so by configuring the desired program as the default. To use third-party programs to check Netzero messages, members who have a free Netzero account must upgrade to a Netzero HiSpeed 3G or Platinum account.

1. Double-click the Netzero icon on your desktop. The "Welcome" screen will appear.

2. Select the "Settings" option.

3. Click on "Email."

4. Select the desired third-party program.

5. Click "Finish." Your Netzero messages will now be routed to the email program you specified.
