www.roadrunner.com- How to Apply for Roadrunner Email Service

Roadrunner email is a free email service provided free of charge to users subscribing to Roadrunner High-Speed Internet. Once you have established your master Roadrunner email account, sub-accounts can be created to give others their own email address. Both subscribers and non-subscribers to Roadrunner High-Speed Internet can use sub-accounts, but the master account can only be established by a Roadrunner subscriber.

1. Call your Roadrunner High-Speed Internet provider's customer service telephone number. The most common providers of Roadrunner are Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks. The customer service telephone number will be located on your monthly cable bill. For security purposes, the account holder must make the phone call, or you must have the account holder's personal information, such as his full name, address, telephone number and the last four digits of his Social Security number.

2. Navigate through the automated menu and select the option to speak with a customer service representative regarding your high speed Internet. Be sure to choose the Internet option, as often cable companies will have different customer service representatives for different departments such as cable TV, Internet and VoIP telephone.

3. Request your email account login information when speaking with the customer service representative. Also, be sure to ask for the website to which you must navigate to log in to your account. There are many types of Roadrunner email; each is often tailored to the area in which the account is registered.

4. Open your Web browser and navigate to the website provided by the customer service representative. Enter your login information in the login boxes provided on the website, and click "Log In" to log in to your account.
