If you subscribe to the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) through your wireless carrier and your email ends with @earthlink.net, then email setup on your BlackBerry devices is just a matter of following a few steps. Go to http://earthlink.blackberry.net/ and click on the Create New Account button to get started. You will need to know your BlackBerry devices PIN and ESN/MEID information, which can usually be found in your phone’s settings Status section, on the box it came in or under the battery on the back of the phone. Once you’ve provided your PIN and ESN/MEID information, just follow the directions to set up your email.
