Comcast.com Sign In/Access Comcast Web Email

Comcast was a small cable television provider with big dreams. Fast forward to today's Comcast, which produces television shows, owns sports arenas and is the largest cable television provider and Internet service provider in the USA. When you sign up for email with Comcast, you use the services of a large company with the ability to provide fast and reliable web servers to its customers.

Some Comcast customers are confused when trying to access their Comcast email on the Web. The main Comcast site (Comcast.com) does not have an email sign-in link. This is because Comcast Web-based email accounts are not accessed on the main site. They are accessed through the Comcast customer portal.

1. Open your Web browser and visit the Comcast customer portal.

2. Click on the link labeled "Email" on the right side of the main screen.

3. Type your Comcast email user name, type your password and then click "Sign In." If you cannot remember your password, click "Retrieve Password" and follow the prompts. If you cannot remember your email user name, click "Get Help Signing In."
