How to Create a New Roadrunner Email Account

Roadrunner is provided by Time Warner Cable, as well as a few other companies across the United States. All Roadrunner customers receive one email address initially. However, customers can create new email address. New email addresses are still linked to your master account. You cannot change your master email account. The number of email addresses you can have with Roadrunner depends on your service provider, but it's always more than one.

1. Visit the Roadrunner website Www.rr.Com and click "Roadrunner Help" in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu that appears, select "RR Self Care."

2. Log in to your Roadrunner account using your current email address and password. Click on the tab labeled "User Management." This brings you to your account overview.

3. Click on "Create a New Sub-User." Select your desired Roadrunner user name. This will be the "name" part of your new email address.

4. Type your first and last name, and then create a password. Re-enter the password for verification. Scroll down and click "Create New Sub-User." Your new Roadrunner email address is created. You can log in to you on the main Roadrunner page.
