Trying to get the balance on your card does not exist. This is a scam to receive breakage for balances not spent. The number on the back of the card does surveys or disconnects the number I found online...she said she could not give me my balance call the number on the back of the card. When I got frustrated she told me where to go online but the screen will not appear. Never will we purchase one of your cards again.
I am trying to get info on my Visa gift card. There is no place on the web site to enter any number on the card. Your web site sucks!!!
The number on them back of the card doesn't help. They told me to do it on line. To no avail. Please answer.
I called the customer service number for help and had no problem. The people were professional and took care of my problem. THANKS
Horrible customer service, was put on hold for over 20 mins only yo be told that I should go online to view my balance and there is NO place to even check it. UGHHHHHH!!

My card does show a balance of $5.95 but payment is refused on demand by a seller from whom I want to make a purchase. This is baffling me. Why?
