* Citibank navigates really well. It's very easy to find what you need and get it.
* Their Planning section is very informative. They have useful articles and advice for their users; all of this is for free.
* Their credit card page displays information very well. If you know you want a Citibank credit card, it's easy to choose which card you want. If you are not sure of the type of card, check out this review of www.creditcards.com
* I liked the site more than AmericanExpress.com and DiscoverCard.com, but not as much as capitalone.com
