If you want to Set Up AT&T DSL Username just flow the simple step below. If you already sign up for AT&T DSL service, you are automatically assigned a primary username (Member ID). Because this username is used to identify your AT&T account, it cannot be changed once it is established. If you want to set up another AT&T DSL username you will have to set up the username as a sub-account. This will come in handy if you want to provide another family member with his own username to access AT&T services.

1. Go to www.att.com and Sign into the AT&T Account Management portal by entering your primary AT&T username and password and click on the "Create Sub Account" link.

2. Read and agree to the terms and conditions then click "Next." A "Sub Account Creation" window will launch.

3. Type inside of the "Member ID" field the new username you would like to create. Enter a password in the "Password" field. Enter other information in the Sub Account Creation window, such as the name of the individual the username is being assigned to and his date of birth. Click "Next."

4. Select the security questions you would like to use to authenticate your identity. Enter the answers to the selected security questions. Click "Next" to complete the setup of the AT&T username.
