Citizens Bank is so committed to supported paperless statements, that they will actually pay you 10 cents when you make a transaction with Citizens Bank such as using a debit card, paying bill online or having an automatic payment charged to your account. It makes sense for Citizens Bank too since paying the consumer 10 cents to change their behavior will more than cover the cost of mailing plus the paper involved.
