Both positive and negative feedback are welcome and you can share comments about a shopping experience, interaction with a sales associate or any complain/critics about Macys shopping experience. This includes telling Macys about your experience with its furniture delivery, furniture repair/inspection service, in store experience as well as telling Macys about its online experience.
You need a receipt ID to start or the state in which the Macys store is located. Then, you can share information and write comments for associates in Macy stores.
