If you want to get PetroCard Visit the PetroCard website www.PetroCard.com, locate "Download Application" in the middle of the page and click the link.
Obtain the seven-page PetroCard application and print the packet. The application will open as a PDF file in another window and will have the title "New Corporate Application 1."
Complete the application and mail it to the PetroCard mailing address at:

Wait to receive a decision on whether your PetroCard application is approved or declined. If you don't receive a response within 10 to 15 business days of submitting the application, contact the Sales Department at 1-800-950-3835.
