Before you can use your Military Star Rewards MasterCard, however, you will need to activate your card.

Call Chase customer service at 1-800-432-3117 and Tell the customer service representative that you would like to activate your Military Star Rewards credit card. Provide the customer service representative with the 16-digit number on the front of the card. The customer service representative will ask you several security questions to verify that you have authorization to activate the card. Typical security questions include your name, address, Social Security number, phone number and date of birth.

Then Wait while the customer service representative activates your card. Activation will occur while you are on the phone. The customer service representative will tell you that the activation is complete. You can now use your Military Star Rewards MasterCard.
