www.AppleBeesFeedback is the survey website for the restaurant chain AppleBees. If you are a frequent visitor of AppleBees, you should be able able to find the url on the receipt. However, note that for both dine in guests and car side guest, they require you to visit the site within 3 days.
If you tell AppleBees about your visit, you will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win $1,000. Four winners will be selected each month. AppleBees has one of the most language friendly survey site we have seen. While most are available in 2 to at most 3 different languages, AppleBees site is available in 6 different languages.
