www.HEB.com/Survey is the website for HEB Survey. H.E.B is a family store that operates 300 over locations that are located mainly in Texas and Mexico. HEB has one of the better incentives out there in terms of prize money. H.E.B stands for "Here Everything is Better". The incentive is one of the highest we have seen with $5,000 in cash and 10 entries to win $500 gift card. The sweepstakes drawing is held once every quarter and ends in May 2011.
