2. Please enter your ESN or MEID into the required field. If you do not know where to find, you can click on the relevant link on the screen for help.
3. Choose your phone number. You can pick from a list of available area codes and prefixes (first three digits), but the system will generate the last four digits for youself.
4. Choose your plan. Boost Mobile provides you with various plans to fit different demands. You need to browse them and pick the right one for you.
5. Set up your account. If you already have an account, please visit My Account to log in or change your phone information.
6. Review all the information you have offered.
7. Make a payment online. Then the activation process is finished.

One more thing you need to notice that is, you may activate a previously used Boost Mobile CDMA series phone, but you will need to pay a $10 reactivation fee in order to activate services. But there is no activation fee if you activate a new phone.
