- login with your current username and password
- you may now need to to click on the “activate my card” link
what to do if you are a current user:
- visit: login1.capitalone.com
- click on the green “Start Here” button
- click on the “Yes, I’m Ready” button
- provide all the required information on the “Your Information” page and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “For Your Security” page and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “Verify Your Account” page and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “Additional Options” page and continue forward
- once you have provided all the required information you will receive a confirmation page and you may now need to click on the “Activate my card” link
