Submitting your claim online:

1. You can submit you request through the online pre-qualification application process by clicking “Start Rebate Online”.
2. You will be guided to answer questions and complete your rebate form online.

This system allows for faster processing of your rebate, as it authenticates the part numbers (if applicable) fixed on your car and contributes to make sure that important consumer information is correct and legible. If there is any mistake, claim processing may be delayed.

Submitting your claim by mail:

You can submit your request through the handwritten Rebate Form. Print your Rebate Confirmation Page on finishing the form and mail it and a copy of your Invoice/Repair Order to GM Certified Service Rebates team whose address is printed on the Rebate Confirmation Page.
