what to do for current user:
- visit: www4.citizensbankonline.com
- under the title “Online Checking” click on the “Login Now” button
- type in and enter your online user id in the space provided
- click on the green “Login” button
- begin managing your Citizens Bank Online account for your checking or debit card
what to do for new user:
- visit: www4.citizensbankonline.com
- under the title “Online Checking” click on the “Login Now” button
- to the right of the page under the title “Need Help?” click on the link titled “Enroll Now”
- enter in the last four digits of your social security number in the space provided
- enter your Citizens Bank account number in the space provided
- enter in your ATM Debit card number in the space provided
- enter in your PIN number for your debit card in the space provided
- click on the “Next” button
- proceed to provide any other required information and continue until you reach the confirmation page to show that you did activate your new Citizens Bank Online Banking account
