- internet access
- an official Chase checking account cards
- social security number
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.chase.com/checking
- click on the tab titled “Log In or Enroll” and a drop down window will appear
- click on the link titled “New to Chase Online Enroll in Chase Online”
- type in and a provide all the required information on the next 5 pages until you receive the confirmation page
- after you have created online access, you may need to find and click on the “Activate My Card” link to complete your activation
