Most Qwest customers are also given a card which can be used to purchase additional services through Qwest. You can use the card to make purchases over the telephone, on the website or at your local Qwest Solutions Center. You can also check the balance of your card online or by phone.

1. Go to the Qwest card account site www.qwest.com

2. Type in the first 10 digits of your card without dashes or spaces in the spaces provided.

3. Click "Enter" to get access to your card information. You will also need to input your complete card number and PIN on the next screen in order to get your exact account balance.

4. Call 1-800-830-9891 for an automated account balance service. You will need your card number and PIN as well.
