www.qwest.com- Set Up an Exchange Qwest Email

An exchange Qwest email is an email system in which you send emails to and receive emails from various email programs, but everything is organized within your Qwest email account. It is fairly easy to set up an exchange Qwest email, as long as you have a Qwest account.

1. Sign in to your Qwest account @ www.qwest.com.

2. Click on "User Settings."

3. Click on "Exchange Settings."

4. Input the various email addresses you would like to exchange with, in the "To" and "from" fields. Then set the parameters for the exchanges. These options are also located in the "Exchange Settings" field. Some options to choose include when the exchange emails are to be sent, how they should be organized when they are received and what types of emails will be sent through the exchange.
