This process involves us sending a unique code to your registered email address, which you can use once to log in with.
Stage 1
Click on the 'Request Access Code' button, then check your emails. In most cases the access code email will arrive instantly, but at busy periods it could take up to 24 hours to be delivered. Make a note of the code. Please be aware that the code is case sensitive, and should be copied exactly as it appears in the email.
Stage 2
You'll need to enter the access code into the same screen that you requested the code from. If you've closed Online Servicing since requesting the code, log on with your User ID and Password and click the 'Forgotten Memorable Information?' button on the second screen again to return to access code screen. Click on the 'Send Access Code' button. This will log you in to Online Servicing.

Changing your Password
If you want to change your password it's very important that your online password is not easily guessed by others. A good password is referred to as a 'strong' password.
We have set some rules for password creation that will help you to make a strong password. Our rules state that the password should:
* be at least 8 characters long (but no longer than 25 characters)
* contain a combination of letters and numbers
* not contain any spaces, or punctuation characters (such as @,~,#, etc.)
Despite these rules, it could still be possible for you to create a weak password. An example of a weak password would be "stephen1". This could be made stronger using numbers in the following way: "st3ph3n1".
An an even better alternative would be to create a password from a phrase, such as "My Eldest Daughter is 10 Years Old" = password "MEDI10YO".
