Road Runner is a high-speed Internet service provider (ISP) that is a division of Time-Warner. One of the services offered by Road Runner is email. Since Road Runner contracts its services to other Internet providers, users of Bright House Networks and Insight Communications, in addition to Time Warner Cable, may have Road Runner email service.

1. Type www.rr.com into the address bar of your browser window.

2. Click "My Settings" in the upper left-hand corner.

3. Choose "Divisions." In "Select Your Divisions" choose your state. A pop-up window will appear with several divisions. Choose the one that applies to your location--this will be a combination of your cable company and area (e.g., choosing "Florida" includes choices such as "Bright House Networks--Central Florida" and "Time Warner Cable--SW Florida").

4. Click "OK." You will now be on your local Road Runner site.

5. Choose the "Mail" button on the right side of the navigation bar.

6. Enter your e-mail address and password in the appropriate boxes. The window that comes up is the Road Runner web mail interface. You can now open your Road Runner web mail.
