American Express Zync Card and is targeted at the youth market. The ZYNC Card allows for some customization of benefits based on a person's activities and interest. The customization is based on the concept of the ZYNCCard packs. You can add packs so that you can earn more points in the activity that you are most interested in. Be aware that some packs do carry additional fee in addition to the annual $25 fee. For example, if you want 2X points on your airfare purchase, you can add the Go pack which will cost you an extra $20. Adding an ECO pack for 2x points with green merchants is free whereas a restaurant pack will cost you $25.
