what you need:

• internet access
• a valid RushCard prepaid card
• other personal information

what to do:

• visit www.rushcard.com
• click on the small “Customer Care” link at the top of the page
• click on question 1 titled “How do I activate my Rushcard?”
• read the information and then call 1-800-207-4109 to set up your PIN

what to do once you are done setting up your PIN- Add money to the card using one of the following ways:

Walmart Rapid Reload – go to a Walmart cash register
Direct Deposit- send form to employer for set up or provide them with the following information:

• Routing Number: 021409169
• Account Number: Your 16 digit card number or Deposit ID Number
• Bank Name: JP Morgan Chase
